Our Services

We help founders prepare for fundraising by creating pitch decks, financial models, and providing coaching and strategy support. All services are tailored to your business and based on the information you provide.

No Guarantees

While we’ll do everything we can to position you for success, we can’t guarantee funding or investor offers. Our role is to give you the best possible tools, story, and strategy to approach investors.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and respond to requests in a timely manner. You’re responsible for the truthfulness of any data, claims, or projections provided to us.

Ownership of Work

We own all work until it’s paid for in full. Once paid, you own the final materials. We may share anonymised versions in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We’ll keep your business information private, and we expect the same for any non-public information we share with you.

Liability

We’re not responsible for indirect losses like missed opportunities, lost profits, or reputational damage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
