While our goal is to position you and your business in the best light for potential investors, we do not guarantee funding, investment offers, or specific financial outcomes. All materials are prepared based on information provided by the client, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure all data and statements are accurate and truthful.
Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of our services, all fees for the Investor Readiness Package, Pitch Deck, Financial Model, or related consulting work are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you choose to cancel before work has begun, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
In the event you are dissatisfied with the work delivered, we will provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge to ensure alignment with the agreed scope. Refunds will not be provided on the basis of funding outcomes or investor responses.
